Having been a Paraplanner first and then a Financial Adviser, I always felt that there were many administrative challenges while doing my core task - advising clients! 50% of my time was spent on admin tasks - replying to clients, writing suitability letters creating meeting notes etc. I felt that I wasn’t giving my clients the time they deserved, as I onboarded more clients.
The process of hiring was difficult as finding Paraplanners was never easy. I thought that there must be a better solution out there that can help me spend less time on administrative work. To my surprise, there was nothing out there!
Immediately, I devoted myself to building an AI-based technology that would enable advisors to scale in an efficient manner, without having to continuously hire more people and allow for the democratisation of financial advice in the country. According to the FCA, only 8% of the UK population have access to financial advice. Our mission is to 5X those numbers within the next 2 years!
